Managing the global sales, marketing, and service platforms, including multiple ML products tackling conversion and price optimization challenges. Worked with C-suite (CFO, CRO, CMO, CTO) and VP levels.

  • Grew the global revenue from $1B to $4B in 2 years.

  • Enabled reduction in Sales and Marketing headcount by 66% over 2 years through process efficiency.

  • Increased revenue of a direct-to- consumer product by $8M within 3 months of launching an innovative dynamic pricing product.

  • Reduced Time-To-Pay for Broker referrals from 60 days to 5 days through a new payment processing system, thereby increasing broker retention by 50% (accountable for 90% of the company’s revenue) and reducing manual work by 70%.

  • Reduced software cost by 70% and considerably enhanced process efficiency by rebuilding WeWork's marketing, sales, service, finance and real estate processes and tech.

  • Hired and coached a team of 7 PMs including People Managers. Aided 5 PM in my team in achieving promotions.

Lead Product Manager, WeWork (2019–2020)

Managing the WeWork Salesforce platform which is driving the global Sales team of +1000 Sales Reps and +6500 users across the company. Supporting numerous teams across the company which are involved in Sales and Marketing efforts.

Senior Product Manager, WeWork (2018–2019)

Leading the Customer Intelligence Platform. A data enrichment platform which powers every decision in WeWork pertaining to potential and existing customers. Team's focus in on generating and enriching Sales Leads and Accounts for the global Sales teams, which drive critical Sales funnel activities.

Key achievements:

  • Increased Salesforce Accounts data enrichment rom 20% to 50% (from 50% to 98% for large and enterprise companies)

  • Gained the trust and buy-in of all departments across WeWork to adopt our platform as the source-of-truth for all data and analytics use cases

  • Instantiated a data-driven culture in the team, including new data quality and user experience metrics and vetting of new data sources

Leading the technology arm of the Global Referral Program which generates over $1B in annual revenue through a critical process to automate payments.

Key achievements:

  • Reduced Time-To-Pay for Referral payments from 60 days to 5 by rebuilding the Referral payments process including new automation and UI flows
